Lol. These jokers! Notorious kidnapper, Evan's father files 27-point affidavit in support of his son's suit against IGP, 3 others Yesterday, notorious kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike a.k.a. Evans, filed a Fundamental human rights lawsuit against the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris and three others, over his continued detention by the security operatives since his arrest on June 10th (Read here). According to a report by Vanguard, Evans's father, Mr. Stephen Onwuamadike also filed a 27 paragraph affidavit
